List what actually has to leave the kitchen before drawing it. A large glazed room with a tiled floor and no soft finishes is acoustically the worst case.

Then the servicing follows the plan rather than the other way round. Part F requires mechanical extract at a defined rate for a kitchen and separately for a utility, and both need ducts reaching an external face.
